At Val Vista Storage we offer spaces ranging from 5' x 5' to 15' x 30'. We're happy to customize larger spaces to meet your storage requirements. Here are some guidelines to help you determine which one is best for you. These are our most popular size units, most commonly requested, but we also have other 'in-between' sizes which gives us the unique ability to accommodate your special needs.


5' x 5'
  • Approximately the size of a small walk-in closet, this space is ideal for storing small pieces of furniture, boxes and miscellaneous small items.
5' x 10'
  • This space is about the size of a large walk-in closet and can contain, for example, a couch and a chair, bedroom set, and small items and boxes.
10' x 10'
  • This space is about the size of a small bedroom and will hold the furniture (excluding appliances) from a 1 bedroom apartment.
10' x 15'
  • This space can hold the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment or a small car or motorcycle.
10' x 20'
  • This unit is about the size of a standard one-car garage. It's large enough for a vehicle or furniture, appliances and personal items from a two-bedroom house.
15' x 30'
  • Our largest unit can hold the contents of a three bedroom house. Or, provide vehicle storage with plenty of space left over for the contents of one or two small bedrooms.

Our available units are always clean so you can move in immediately. We have resident managers who care about your belongings. And, you have access to your unit seven days a week. Computerized record keeping assures you of accurate and timely billing. And wide driveway aisles provide easy access to trucks and trailers. All units are 8' to 10' high, giving plenty of storage space, and our facility is fences, lighted, landscaped and well maintained. to make them secure as possible, all units are built of concrete and/or steel.


WHAT KIND OF ACCESS DO YOU NEED?

The answer to this question includes several considerations. When will you need access to your space? At Val Vista Storage, you get computer controlled access and we can arrange to expand those hours as needed. We do this so you can pick up your items at YOUR convenience, not ours.

Since our goal is to be as helpful as possible, we've tried to think of products and services that complement your storage needs. We offer boxes, tape, and packing materials, insurance and locks to help you prepare for storage in addition to keeping your valuables safe while they are in our care. Oversized units feature overhead garage doors which provide access for larger items such as boats and recreational vehicles.

Val Vista Storage - Extra Wide Aisles
Val Vista Storage utilizes separate entry and exit gates for convenience.  The facility was designed with 20' extra wide aisles for ease of access and maneuverability in mind.
Val Vista Storage - Air Cooled Climate Controlled
Over 100 air-cooled storage units are available to secure precious items from the brutal Arizona summer heat. All of our units have raised concrete floors, to eliminate storage flooding from heavy monsoon rains.
Val Vista Storage - Strong Security
The entire facility is lighted and monitored 24 hours a day. Thirteen surveillance cameras record all activity on the premises. And, our computerized display, located in our office lobby, allows us to visually monitor the entire facility. For our customer's convenience and security, we participate with the City of Mesa Police Department in their crime-free prevention program. Val Vista Storage was designed for our customer's peace of mind.
